By accessing and placing an order on Goodie Hoops, you agree to these Terms of Service. These apply to all users who purchase our Canadian classic-inspired cookie rings. For specific shipping terms, see the Shipping Policy.

1. Pre-Orders & Fulfillment

• Wave Releases: Goodie Hoops operates via limited capacity "Waves". By purchasing during Wave 1, you acknowledge that fulfillment will not occur until approximately May/June 2026.
• Reservations: Adding items to your cart does not secure inventory. A confirmed payment initiates the reservation. We cannot modify orders or retroactively apply volume discounts once checkout completes.

2. Allergy & Ingredients Notice

Our cookies are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. While we maintain strict sanitary standards, cross-contamination is a risk. Those with severe, life-threatening allergies to the aforementioned ingredients should consult our detailed label and avoid consumption. See "Show Label" in the header for exact nutritional facts.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of your Wave 1 pre-order at any time before the baking dispatch email is sent. Because our product is perishable and baked-to-order in limited batches, once a shipment is processed, all sales become final.

4. Intellectual Property

"Goodie Hoops" is an independent brand reverse-engineering a nostalgic recipe. We have no affiliation with Mondelez Canada or the original "Dad's Goodie Rings." Any similarities in text or presentation are purely for homage. Site content is protected under Canadian copyright laws.
