Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. The "Wave" Model
Goodie Hoops operates on a limited-release drops model, which we call "Waves." This ensures that every ring you receive is freshly hand-dipped and hasn't been sitting in a sterile warehouse. Wave 1 pre-orders will be fulfilled starting May/June 2026. You will not receive your order before this time.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once Wave 1 baking begins, we hand-dip and fulfill orders sequentially. All orders originate from British Columbia, Canada. Typical transit times via Canada Post or standard regional carriers post-dispatch are 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to BC. Tracking numbers will be emailed the moment your package is labeled.
3. Heat & Chocolate Considerations
We selected May/June for Wave 1 specifically to avoid the peak heat of summer, which would compromise the delicate chocolate coating on our rings. Packages left in direct sunlight on a porch may result in melted chocolate. Goodie Hoops is not liable for rings melted due to being left outside post-delivery, so please track your order closely!
4. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $40.00 CAD or more before taxes automatically qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders under this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your territory.
