Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Goodie Hoops, we operate on a pre-order "Wave" model. Because our rings are perishable and baked-to-order in specific batches, our refund and cancellation policy differ from standard retail to protect our production commitments and ingredient sourcing.
1. Cancellation Window
We offer a 72-hour cancellation window from the moment you place your order. If you change your mind within this timeframe, please email us at hi@goodiehoops.com for a full refund.
Note: Once the Wave 1 pre-order window closes (or after your 72-hour window expires, whichever comes first), all orders are locked in to secure production capacity and ingredients.
2. Pre-Order Commitment
After the cancellation window has passed, we operate a strict no refunds or cancellations policy. This allows us to prove demand, manage ingredient costs, and ensure we can fulfill every order in the batch. As a small brand working with perishable food, we cannot repurpose or resell items from canceled pre-orders.
3. Our Delivery Guarantee
We value your trust and transparency above all. Our target delivery window for Wave 1 is May/June 2026.
In accordance with consumer protection standards, if we fail to dispatch your order by June 30th, 2026, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately with updated timelines and your refund options.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your rings arrive damaged (excluding minor chocolate melting due to heat—see our Shipping Policy) or if you receive the wrong quantity/flavor, please contact us at hi@goodiehoops.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.
